Clément Canne Bleue is an excellent and high-quality French white rum from the vintage 2021. It features a very nice sparkling design that contrasts with the darkness of the global pandemic. The bottle is designed to look as if it is partially buried in fine sand. The visual of the bottle was created by the agency Maison Linea.
Its refreshing taste reminds me of summer days on the beach without restrictions and masks. The rum is made from intense and aromatic blue sugar cane. It ages for 6 months in stainless steel containers, where it is reduced with distilled volcanic spring water.
We recommend serving it neat at room temperature alongside friends. The rum is bottled with 50 % alcohol content and sealed with a cork stopper.
