The Dictador 12 Year Rum will delight your taste buds with its sweet notes and medium-bodied body. It is produced by fermenting processed cane juice (so-called "cane honey") and then distilling it by the pot and column method.
This super-premium rum matured with the Solera system is produced in Colombia. It is matured between 8 and 14 years, with an average age of 12 years. The rum is diluted to bottle strength with demineralised water, which is added drop by drop over a period of 28 days.
The rich amber rum is intense in aroma, alternating light notes of caramel, honey, dried seeds and lightly roasted coffee, gradually leading you to medium-bodied oaky notes. The palate is light and rounded, full of caramel, cocoa, fine coffee with honey. The finish is lightly oaky and complex.
The bottles are filled at 40 % alcohol with a volume of 0,7 l.
