Diplomático Distillery Collection No.3 Pot Still is the 3rd in a limited edition of rums, each produced using a different distillation method.

Copper Pot Still is the original method used to make Scotch whiskey and Diplomático started using it at their Le Miel distillery in 1959.

This rum is distilled from the best molasses honey and then matured in American white oak barrels until it reaches the optimal level of maturity showing as a complex and delicate taste. Rum distilled using the copper pot still method is the heart of the unique flavor profile of Diplomático rums.

Diplomático Distillery Collection No.3 Pot Still offers heavier aromatic profile with notes of leather, licorice, dry wood and light floral notes in the background.
