This Guatemalan molasses rum was combined with a selection of mature distillates, and the mixture was rested together for 6 months in ex-cognac barrels, in the warehouses of Les Bienheureux, in Charente, France. In 2019, El Pasador de Oro XO from IWSC won a silver medal in the Rum - Molasses category.
Aroma and taste: delicious sweet caramel, orange jam, apricots, bakery spices, oak tones, hot and milk chocolate and oil nut structure.
