The second edition of Evolution, the successor to Revival. A limited edition that shows the association of their alcohol with barrels of Tennessee whiskey. It matures in first-fill barrels, where George Dickel was once. This expression expresses a great depth of character, delicacy and a harmonious combination of whiskey and oak.
Aroma: fresh syrupy combination of sweet barley, fine pineapple and waves of soft butter vanilla
Taste: white pepper, green apple, salted caramel and freshly cracked barley
Color: cracked gold
Conclusion: a live combination of oak pepper, soft fruit and vanilla bean
