Joseph Cartron Violette
Joseph Cartron Violette is a premium French liqueur from Burgundy that captures the delicate and elegant taste of violets. It is made using violet petals from which essential oils are extracted. These oils are then processed into an aromatic paste which is diluted in alcohol and distilled at low pressure in a small copper pot.
To this base, neutral beet spirit and crystalline sugar are added, creating a harmonious and balanced liqueur.
With an alcohol content of 20 %, this liqueur is ideal for direct enjoyment, served chilled or on the rocks. It is also an excellent ingredient for cocktails, where it adds a unique floral aroma and complexity. It is particularly well suited to classic cocktails such as Aviation, or can be used to flavour desserts and ice cream.
