Kavalan Concertmaster Sherry Cask

The second whiskey from the successful Kavalan Concertmaster series . In addition to top Kavalan refill barrels, it also matures in the best hand-picked Spanish ex-sherry barrels . The top floors of the Kavalan warehouse can reach temperatures of up to 42 ° C, which creates a minimum of 15 % annual angel tax. The name Kavalan means "people from the plain" and is named after the local indigenous tribes that originally inhabited the area. The country in which the distillery is located is known for its cold spring water and salty ocean air.
