The limited Metaxa AEN 3 Generations is the third and final collection of unique and exceptional spirits from Greece. The chosen name 3 Generations is no coincidence. The Metaxa brand has been involved in the production of this spirit for over 130 years, with knowledge passed down from generation to generation.
The first edition released 1888 bottles, the second 130 bottles, and in this third edition, only 1000 bottles were made available worldwide. It is an investment and collectible spirit that increases in value over time.
This is a very old distillate, aged for at least 80 years, and consists of a blend of wine distillates, archival muscat wines from the island of Samos, and a secret blend of herbs and spices.
The unique Metaxa has chosen to celebrate time, which is key to this exceptional distillate. The bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 42.3% and are presented in a wooden-lined gift box that also includes a crystal stopper.
