The unique Rum Mezan Guyana 2003, distilled in old wooden boilers in the now defunct famous Guyanese distillery Diamond Distillery. Typical Demerara-style rum, distilled to a relatively low strength. Made from Guyana molasses, using the company's own yeast strain. It matured only in ex - bourbon barrels of American white oak. Untouched rum of English tradition,
Aroma: dried citrus fruits, tobacco, sweet and warm woody tones
