Description
Jamaican 10-year-old rum Mezan Jamaica 2011 matures for 3 years in a tropical climate in Jamaica and then matures in Europe for 7 years. Mezan Jamaica matures in ex-bourbon barrels and ex-rum barrels. Rum is made from molasses and distilled twice in a Forsyth’s copper vessel. The distillery is located in the town of Valle Lluidas, where 90,000 tons of sugar cane are produced annually.
