Piccini Solco Toscana IGT Leggero Appassite

Piccini Solco Toscana IGT Leggero Appassite is a charming red Italian wine, which is made from a grape variety of 50 % Sangiovese, 40 % Cabernet Sauvignon and 10 % Syrah. Wine region Tuscany, Italy (altitude 200-300 m above sea level).

The grapes undergo a technique of light drying consists in reducing the water content in the grapes. Dehydration causes an increase in the sugar content of the grapes. After fermentation, the wine rests in stainless steel tanks and then matures in a bottle.

It goes perfectly with red meat, divine, cheese and roasts. We recommend serving at 18 °C.
