Rey Campero Madre Cuishe Discontinued

Madre Cuishe is an exclusive joven mezcal produced in the Mexican distillery Rey Campero, located in the state of Oaxaca! It is made from the premium variety of agave Karwinskii, which is grown at an altitude of 1800 m.a.s.l! It is a cylindrical plant with a dense core, known for its rich minerality.

The agave was cooked in earthen pits and fermented in wooden containers using natural yeasts. It was then transferred to Copper Stills, where it underwent double distillation. The mezcal has a pleasant fruity flavor with notes of white chocolate and spices.

Madre Cuishe was bottled in minimalist bottles with a high 48.9 % alcohol content. We recommend serving it neat with various Mexican delicacies.
