The great brand Casamigos, returns and expands its range with this handcrafted Mezcal, made in Oaxaca, Mexico from 100% Espadín agave. It is produced in the traditional way. The harvested piñas are divided and cooked for 4-6 days in six-ton clay pits lined with volcanic rock. After cooling for 24 hours, the piñas is crushed with a classic horse-drawn wheel. Before distillation, the mezcal is fermented for 2 to 8 days, depending on the weather, in covered copper vessels, followed by distillation twice.
