The agave is roasted for 72 hours in traditional brick ovens, which contributes to its complex flavor, and fermentation takes place over 80 hours using a proprietary yeast blend, ensuring a consistent and refined taste. After distillation, the tequila rests for two months in stainless steel tanks, which adds smoothness and purity.
