Na výrobu tequily Casamigos Anejo sa používa iba 100% agáve Blue Weber, z bohatej ílovitej pôdy z Highlands of Jalisco v Mexiku. Agáve sa praží až 72 hodín v tradičných tehlových peciach a fermentácia prebieha 80 hodín. Master Distiller používa na výrobu špeciálnu zmes kvasníc, ktorá na rozdiel od bežných kvasníc, poskytuje konzistentnú rafinovanú chuť. Zmes zreje 14 mesiacov v prémiových sudoch z amerického bieleho dubu. Značku Casamigos čiastočne vlastní herec George Clooney.
