S.B.S Guyana 2020 PM is an exotic rum made from a single cask. The basis of the rum is high-quality molasses grown by local farmers. It was distilled using a Pot Still in 2020.
Aged for 2 years in a virgin oak barrel, thanks to which it acquired a fresh spicy taste with notes of wood, nuts and licorice. In August 2022, it was bottled with 66.4 % alcohol content and closed with a cork.
It is made without cold filtration and there are only 338 pieces! It comes in a minimalist white and black gift box. (The abbreviation PM stands for Port Mourant. This is the city where the rum was made.)
Color: gold with orange highlights
Smell: sweet, pleasant, caramel, vanilla, oak, coconut
Taste: slightly spicy, butter, wood, caramel, nuts
Finish: long, slightly spicy, molasses, fruit, licorice
