The GlenAllachie 21Year Old Batch 4

As a reward for patience and perseverance, the fourth batch of our coveted 21-year-old The GlenAllachie Batch 4 is now available. Each release, which represents the archetypal style of Master Distiller Billy Walker, exudes the sophistication of an aged sherry.

After extensive sampling and evaluation of 50,000 casks that are aged on-site at the distillery, Billy hand-selected just three Pedro Ximénez vintage casks to create this ultra-limited release.

Distilled with heather honey, it ages well in rich ex-sherry oak and produces a rich, luxurious malt. The wood has given it layers of sweetness and offers flavors with decadent chocolate praline and dark cherries soaked in syrup. An exceptionally smooth, elegant expression to savor.

It is presented at a natural cask strength of 51,1%, with no added colouring or chill filtration for the purest drinking experience. Bottles are delivered in stylish gift boxes that open from the front.

This is a limited special edition, which means only a limited number of bottles have been produced!
