The GlenAllachie 10 Year Old French Virgin Oak

The GlenAllachie French Oak Finish is a very tasty Scotch whisky from the Speyside area. She matured for 8 years and 6 months in ex-bourbon French oak barrels, which gave her a fine and distinctive flair. In the end, she matured for 18 months in specially selected French virgin oak barrels.

French barrels are made from Quercus Alba oak, which comes from the Haute Garonne region near the Pyrenees. Fine-grained, consistent wood is dried for 15 months before The GlenAllachie whisky appears. The legendary Billy Walker oversaw the entire production and maturation process.

This is a limited edition from the second batch, which means that only a limited number of bottles have been produced. without added dyes and cold filtration. Whisky comes in a very nice gift box.
