This delicious fruity The GlenAllachie 12 Year Old Moscatel Wood Finish whisky is exclusively bottled for Europe and has enjoyed primary maturation in premium ex-bourbon American oak casks for over 8 years. The spirit was then transferred to specially selected Moscatel casks where it was aged for over 42 months, adding further complexity.
Moscatel is an exceptionally aromatic dessert wine produced in Portugal, offering floral aromas along with a silky smooth mouthfeel. Delivering bold notes of tropical fruit and rich caramel, this bronze malt is one to savour.
Bottled at 48 % alcohol, with no added colouring and no chill filtration. Bottles come in emerald green gift boxes.
