Dos Maderas 5+3 is a premium Spanish blended rum. Aged 5-year-old rums from Guyana and Barbados are sent to Williams & Humbert in Spain.
Subsequently, the rums are blended and the mixture undergoes a final 3-year aging stage in ex-sherry casks, where the world-renowned sherry "Dos Cortados" was previously aged, which has received numerous global awards. The casks imparted an irresistible sweet flavor and complexity to the rum.

Dos Maderas Atlantic is an exceptional rum made from 5-year-old rum from Guyana and 5-year-old rum from Barbados.
After blending, they were sent from these tropical islands to a bodega in Jerez, Spain, where their combination was further deepened by 1 additional year of aging in very old Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
The result is a rum with a light amber color with reflections of old gold and an attractive flavor profile, featuring notes of pastry, sweet vanilla, honey, caramel, roasted nuts, delicate raisins reminiscent of sherry, as well as pronounced notes of oak and spice.
Rum Dos Maderas PX 5+5 first rests for five years in the Caribbean, then another three years at the Williams & Humbert distillery in barrels where sherry Dos Cortados (Palo Cortado) aged, and finally undergoes a third stage, 2 years of aging in barrels that previously held sherry Don Guido (Pedro Ximénez). This results in an extraordinary and primarily premium rum.
Sherry Don Guido and Dos Cortados aged for 20 years, as confirmed by the oldest designation of origin in Spain Jerez-Xérs-Sherry. The bottle is presented in a very nice brown-black tin gift tube.
