Mezcal Trascendente Artesanal Joven Espadín is made from 100% agave of the rarest Mexican variety, represented by Agave Espadín (A. Angustifolia).
The predominant aroma is citrus, reminiscent of orange leaves, mandarin, and herbal notes like cedar leaves and lemon tea. Mezcal that showcases the characteristic flavors of Maguey Espadín.
On the palate, there is a presence of minerality, its persistence is prolonged, and gentle smokiness makes it very pleasant. It is a fresh, balanced mezcal with delicious acidity and organoleptic properties, making it ideal as an aperitif.
The production method is 100% artisanal. Mezcal category - joven, blanco. The alcohol content is 40%. The agave was cooked in a volcanic stone oven with sweet wood. The mezcal underwent double distillation in copper stills. Fermentation is wild. Made in Oaxaca, Mexico.

Prepare a Paloma drink:
■ 50 ml Gusano Rojo
■ 20 ml Fresh lime juice
■ Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit
■ 10 ml Agave syrup
■ Salt
Add mezcal Gusano Rojo, a pinch of salt, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, and ice to a shaker. Then close the shaker and shake well. Strain into a glass with ice and add Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit soda. Garnish with a piece of grapefruit and the drink is ready.
