This method adds another layer of complexity to the rum, while giving it the characteristic notes of herbs and aromatic spices that are typical of vermouth. The result is a harmonious drink with a rich aroma and delicate nuances that range from sweet to herbal.
It is a light rum, which is the result of optimal fermentation and distillation of musts, as well as aging in barrels. Relicario Ron Dominicano Vermouth Finish is recommended to be enjoyed alone or in cocktails, such as Rum Manhattan.
