Giusti Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG is an Italian red dry to semi-dry wine made from 80% Corvin Veronese and Corvinone grapes , as well as 20% Rondinella grapes. Manual harvest, mountainous parts of the Valpolicella Classical wine-growing area, Veneto, Italy at an altitude of 150 - 200 m above sea level
For the production of this red wine, only the best bunches are collected, which are first dried in small baskets after harvest for 3-4 months, until the time comes for their 30-40 day long maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures in oak barrels for 24-28 months and matures for another 12 months directly in the bottle, before it can travel among true wine lovers.
Color : intense ruby red with garnet reflections
