Giusti Rosalia Prosecco DOC Extra Dry

Treat yourself to an extra dry Italian prosecco Giusti Rosalia Prosecco DOC Extra Dry ! It is a white sparkling wine made from the most beautiful clusters of Glera grapes from vineyards located in the Veneto wine region, Piave Marco Trevigiano region, Italy.

It is made by fermenting grapes without skins. The first fermentation takes place with the aid of selected yeasts at a controlled temperature and the second fermentation takes place in pressure vessels at low temperature.

Beading : Properly volatile, soft and smooth
Color : light straw yellow with green highlights
Bouquet : intense, fruity-floral with tones of yellow apples, lemons and wisteria and agate flowers
