Italian extra dry white wine Giusti Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut by Graziana Grassini - Enolog, which was made from the best bunches of Glera grapes. Aria Valentina vineyard (Veneto wine region - mountainous part of the Montello and Asolo mountains, Nervesa della Battaglia, Italy). The vineyard soil has a medium clay texture with a typical red color.
Wine is produced by fermentation of varietal white grapes without skins. The first fermentation takes place with the help of selected yeasts at a controlled temperature, and the second fermentation takes place in pressure vessels at a low temperature.
It is excellent as an aperitif, for a toast at special moments. It goes perfectly with octopus risotto, sea bass carpaccio and salad with olives. We recommend serving at a temperature of 6 to 8 °C. Store in a cool place away from light and heat sources.
