Italian red dry wine Giusti Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC , based on 70% of Corvin Veronese grapes together with Corvinone and 30% of Rondinella grapes, mountainous parts of the Valpolicella wine region, Verona, Veneto.
It is produced by traditional methods in stainless steel tanks. In accordance with the ancient technique of "Ripasso" fermented on the skins of the varietal grape Amarone. The wine matured in oak barrels for 12 months and matured for another 6 months filled in the bottle until the right time to become a wine lover.
Color : ruby red - changes to garnet with further ripening
Bouquet : intense with tones of spices and red fruit
Taste : velvety with light and elegant tannins
It goes well with stewed meat in red wine, pappardelle pasta with ragout and ripe cheese.
It is recommended to open this wine at least half an hour to an hour before drinking. Serve at 18 - 20 ° C.
