Italian red dry wine Giusti Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC , based on 70% of Corvin Veronese grapes together with Corvinone and 30% of Rondinella grapes, mountainous parts of the Valpolicella wine region, Verona, Veneto.
It is produced by traditional methods in stainless steel tanks. In accordance with the ancient technique of "Ripasso" fermented on the skins of the varietal grape Amarone. The wine matured in oak barrels for 12 months and matured for another 6 months filled in the bottle until the right time to become a wine lover.
