Giusti Rosso Veneto IGT Umberto I is an Italian dry red wine . It is based on two grape varieties - Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon , Veneto wine region, Italy.
The wine is made by red vinification. Both Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are first vinified separately, followed by malolactic fermentation. Maturation lasts 24-30 months in French oak barrels. It also matures in wooden barrels. And as it should be, before the trip to wine lovers, for a while in a bottle.
