Goslings Black Seal

Goslings Black Seal rum has a rich and complex flavor, with balanced notes of caramel and vanilla. Its impressive character earned it the highest award, a platinum medal, from the Beverage Testing Institute. The rum labeled Black Seal was first aged in barrels that previously held fine cognacs and later in barrels that held grappa. The first imparted flavor, while the second added elegance. Together, they created a true marvel. Black Seal has become synonymous with Bermuda; it is the national drink and "island gold."

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour in ginger beer to 3/4 full. Carefully top with 0.6 dl of Goslings Black Seal rum and add the juice of half a lime. A treat for the eyes and the taste buds.
