Description
Exotic Single Malt whisky Jura Rum Cask Finish joins the Jura Cask series. The island distillery focused on a more tropical climate when searching for suitable casks for this whisky.
The whisky first matured in ex-bourbon barrels made from American white oak and was then finished in hand-selected casks that previously held Caribbean rum. The result is an aroma of guava, toasted coconut, sugar-coated almonds, apricots, and orange that fills the nose, complemented on the palate by notes of vanilla fondant, mango, banana, sea salt, and lime.
The whisky is then bottled at an alcohol content of 40%. The bottle comes in a gift tube.
