It ages for 9 years in American white oak barrels. This blended rum is finished in ex-sherry Pedro Ximénez casks before bottling with a pleasant alcohol content.

The aroma of the rum is fruity, reminiscent of creamy desserts, pastries, and has vanilla nuances. The taste is soft, featuring notes of stewed fruit and honey.
