Laphroaig The Cask Legacy

Laphroaig The Cask Legacy is a smoky single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Islay, released as a synonym for the quality that made Laphroaig famous and a tribute to the distillery's craft.

The whisky matured in first and second-fill, overcharred bourbon casks. Then it was transferred to smaller European virgin oak hoghsheads for final maturation. For the Laphroaig distillery, this is a newly introduced procedure, when whisky from larger barrels was headed for slower maturation, what gave it more depth.

And the result is not only a deep, but also a rich and structured whisky with notes of peat smoke, caramelized dark fruits and oily woody notes.

Serve neat or with a few ice cubes.

The bottles are bottled at 48 % ABV with a 0,7 l capacity and are supplied in gift tubes.
