Laphroaig Quarter Cask is a double-aged whisky to amplify the deep peat and add a surprising sweetness. The wood contact from the smaller quarter casks makes this the brand's most vibrant expression.

Bigger casks don't mean better taste. The Laphroaig Quarter Cask, inspired by the old tradition of transporting whisky on horseback, is proof. Luckily for the aforementioned horses, it was stored in smaller quarter casks.

Their reduced size means that the spirit has more contact with the wood, enhancing the natural flavours of the whisky, which was first matured in ex-bourbon casks.

This quarter cask whisky is filtered through a barrier to preserve all the character that has developed in the small but mighty casks. Enjoy a smooth and velvety single malt whisky full of unexpected lively notes, more flavour and aroma.

As you sip Laphroaig Quarter Cask whiskey, you'll smell embers and hints of coconut and banana on the nose. The flavour is deep, complex and smoky, yet it surprises with a subtle sweetness. It has a long finish that dries down to smoke and spice.

The bottles are filled at 48 % ABV with a volume of 0,7 l and are supplied in gift tubes.
