The beautiful complex rum aejo from the Pampero Seleccion selection has matured for 5-6 years, which gives it a velvety and harmonious taste with the sweet sugar Demerara. Pampero Rum was first created by the fisherman's son Alejandro Hernandez in 1938 and was the first rum to bring a distillation process to Venezuela. Pampero rum has a velvety and delicate style thanks to the gentle "swaying" winds and the local sugar cane from the northern regions of South America collected during the humid drought.
