Kentucky Straight Bourbon 100 Proof is the newest member of the Rebel Yell family. Handmade from corn, wheat and malt, according to the original, time-tested "wheat" recipe, which has been used since 1849 . This Kentucky bourbon wheat was bottled as a 100 Proof (50%) to stand out for its rich yet very light and delicate taste. Be careful not to be confused by the sweet aroma, it is really strong on the tongue!
Aroma: sweet, caramelized corn, soft oak
Taste: oily, slightly sweet, traces of oak, vanilla, light skin, wheat grain, corn and white pepper
Conclusion: oak - corn with traces of light skin with a vanilla dot at the end
