Rebel Yell
Rebel Yell Kentucky Straight is an iconic bourbon whiskey made from corn, grain and barley.
In 1849, when everyone else was using a rye mashbill, Rebel Yell was making a wheat-based bourbon. And it's this award-winning, colorful recipe that defies trends today.
Rebel Yell is original and unabashedly distinctive. It's made at Lux Row Distillers in Bardstown. The original recipe by William LaRue Weller is used. The whiskey is apparently named in marg of a war cry, not based on a song by the former Generation X frontman.
Rebel Yell has won prestigious awards, including a double gold medal at the 2016 San Francisco World Spirits Competition and a platinum medal at the 2018 SIP Awards. Its unique wheat recipe and rich history make it an exceptional bourbon for connoisseurs and novices alike.
The whiskey's aromatic profile is full of hints of honey, vanilla, raisins and woody notes. The flavor profile is a delicious combination of raisins and nectarines, along with hints of plums.
The bottles are bottled at 40 % alcohol with a volume of 0,7 l.
