Loch Lomond The Open 150th St. Andrews is a special limited edition Scottish 10-year-old single malt whisky produced by Master Blender Michael Henry on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of The Open Golf Tournament in St. Andrews. It was distilled using Column and Pot Still.
It matured in American oak barrels, which gave it a pleasant fruity taste of apples, honey and smoke. Get ready for a really refreshing whisky that will surprise you with the fantastic taste and aroma of apples, vanilla and oak.
We recommend serving at room temperature with one ice cube. No added dyes and cold filtering. The bottle is in a nice white-orange gift box.
Loch Lomond The Open Special Edition 2022 is a special limited edition Scottish single malt whisky produced by Master Blender Michael Henry together with Colin Montgomerie on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of The Open.
It matured in high-quality American oak barrels, personally selected by Michael Henry. In the end, she matured in ex-red wine Claret Barik's barrels from Bordeaux, which have an exceptional character, thanks to which she got a pleasant taste of delicate fruit, oak pepper and citrus.
It was filled into bottles without cold filtration and with an alcohol content of 46 %. The bottle is contained in a dark blue gift box.
Color: amber with golden-orange reflections

Finish: long, oak, pepper, smoke, fruit, cinnamon, pastry
The special edition Open 2024 is created to celebrate the 152nd Open at Royal Troon in Scotland. This single malt has been created with Loch Lomond's golf ambassador Colin Montgomery, each pack contains his signature.
It is matured in American oak casks and finished in ex-wine Chardonnay casks, creating a profile of honey blossom, vibrant orchard fruit and toasty oak.

A range of casks are hand-selected to finish in 1st-fill Chardonnay wine casks, adding further depth of flavour to our distinctive distillation style. These exceptional Chardonnay wine casks help create a smooth whisky that has notes of honey blossom, vibrant orchard fruit and toasty oak that perfectly complement the subtle smoke on the finish.
Not chilled, it is bottled at 46 % ABV and presented in a gift box signed by Colin Montgomerie.
