Wine is a fermented juice from grapes. Simple. However, if it were really that simple, we would not need experts to make it. Many domestic "winners" have been convinced of this. In reality, however, wine is the result of a complex process involving a number of simple operations. And precisely because of the complexity of this process, wine is such a fascinating drink. Each wine tastes different, even though the individual producers were able to use the same grape varieties from the same quality vineyards with the same climatic conditions. That is the little wine miracle. Wine can also be made from other fruits or herbs. In that case, its name must be supplemented by the type of fruit, or, if so, generally described as fruit wine. The word wine itself on the label always means wine from the vine. We mainly offer less affordable but very high quality wines on our website. Fruit not excluded.
