The Bošácka Slivovitz distillate is produced according to old proven recipes. Carefully selected, ripe fruit is fermented naturally and after perfect fermentation is distilled using the traditional method.
The typical smooth, balanced and delicious taste of genuine plum spirit without any additives is obtained from the best selected plum varieties.
Plum brandy combines the ancient and Great Moravian tradition of cultivating quality fruit with the Benedictine tradition of producing alcohol, which have come together in a more than 500-year-old folk tradition of producing a noble drink. It has become a mark of quality and a symbol not only of the valleys of the White Carpathian Mountains, but of the entire Trenčín region.
The distillate is available in a 0,5 l demijohn.
