Rudolf Jelínek Slivovica Gold Gift Box
Rudolf Jelínek Slivovica Zlatá is a famous Czech kosher aged slivovica (plum distillate), which is still produced according to the original recipe of the Jelínek brothers. It was created on the basis of experience with the production of brandy, which was started by the Jelínek brothers with the French cognac producer Denis Mounié in 1923. The result was a production procedure that was supposed to bring the traditional fruit distillate closer to the world-famous cognac. Distillate of matured plums is aged for 5 years in Czech oak vats. Thanks to this, the color is golden, the smell is close to cognac, and the taste is harmoniously soft and fruity with a distinct woody undertone.
Rudolf Jelínek Slivovica Zlatá is an exceptional aged plum distillate marked "kosher" with certification by the American Jewish organization Orthodox Union. The certificate confirms that the entire production process takes place at the highest level of kosherization, the so-called "clean" and in compliance with strict production rules. The production equipment must be "koshered" before the start of production, i.e. rinsed with hot and cold water.
The rabbi personally supervises the individual stages of the production process, from the selection of the best varieties of plums of advanced maturity, through the handling of kvass and distillation to bottling. Fermentation and maturation takes place in tanks sealed by the rabbi.
The bottle is packed in a gift tin tube.
