Brugal Maestro Reserva
Brugal Maestro Reserva is a rum crafted by five generations. For over 135 years, Maestros Roneros has elevated the art of rum production, creating a legacy that withstands the test of time.
Under the guidance of Master Blender Jassili Villanueva, Maestro Reserva was born - a rum masterpiece that embodies Brugal's unwavering pursuit of perfection and innovation.
The production of Maestro Reserva utilizes an innovative Dark Aromatic Toasting technique. The rum ages in ex-sherry casks made of American oak. It is then transferred to other vessels, and the barrels are carefully charred to release caramel notes from the wood.
Upon refilling, the barrels impart delicate caramel notes with hints of oak, honey, and smoke. The wood gives the rum a beautiful amber color and a delicious velvety full flavor with notes of vanilla, orange peel, and a subtle bitterness of brown sugar.
The secret to its exceptional taste lies in the precise timing of charring and filling the barrels and the aging duration. The dark aromatic toasting technique naturally sweetens the rum without the addition of sugars or other additives.
With an intuitive understanding of the precise alchemy of wood and flame that gives rise to radiant caramel notes, it reveals a naturally smooth, well-rounded, and sweetly complex liquid inside.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 41.2% with a volume of 0.7L and are delivered in gift cartons.
