Don Papa Sherry Casks

Limited Edition rum Don Papa Sherry Casks, which first ages in ex-bourbon barrels and then in four different ex-sherry barrels: Palo Cortado, Fino, Cream, and Pedro Ximenez. The resulting blend is deliciously dry, with nutty notes and a rich array of fruity flavors. Don Papa Rum or Don, was inspired by the story of one of the heroes of the Philippine revolution: Dionisio Magbuelas, who was known as "Papa" Isio.

Aging in ex-sherry barrels gives it an indescribable aroma and taste. Rum Don Papa comes from the Philippines, from the region of Negros Occidental, commonly referred to as Sugarlandia. Sugarcane grows here at the foot of the active volcano Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane for producing sweet and rich molasses originates.

Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 45% with a volume of 0.7 l and are delivered in gift tubes with a unique design.
