Le Contesse Chardonnay IGT by Marco Trevigiano is a white Italian wine made from Chardonnay grapes, hand-picked in the wine-growing region of Sinistra Piave, Italy (40 m above sea level).
It is produced with the help of several hours of initial cold maceration and subsequent pressing and cleaning of the must by cold static decantation. The wine is then fermented with the help of selected yeasts and at the end of this process it is filtered and left to mature in steel tanks. After bottling, it matures in controlled conditions for several more months.
Faba : slightly straw yellow
Aroma : fruity with tones of yellow apples, unripe fruit and flax flowers
Bouquet : lively, tasty and lasting
Serve chilled to 8-10 ° C.
Ideal in combination with light meals and appetizers, baked and grilled fish, vegetables, but also with cheese.
White, dry, Italian wine Di Camillo Tenute del Pojo il Moro Chardonnay, Chieti wine-growing region, Abruzzo, Terre di Chieti Pecorino I.G.P., grape variety 100 % Chardonnay.
Chardonnay from Abruzzo. The grapes here are harvested earlier than the red grapes to make them ripe and fresh, without excessive sugar levels and higher alcohol. The result is a wine with great harmony and balance.
A delicious crisp, dry, clean, unpasteurised Chardonnay with excellent aromas of ripe pear and peach fruit, well made with great length and finish.
Recommended to serve with smoked fish, goat cheese, risotto.

Balan Chardonnay is a white, dry, Italian wine, vintage 2022. The production area is the vineyards of Lison Pramaggiore and Grave del Friuli with different geological composition and two types of soils: clay and calcareous. The grape variety is 100 % Chardonnay.
The grapes are gently pressed, the must is adjusted to a low temperature and cryomacerated to achieve better extraction of the aromas. The wine rests in steel tanks for several months before bottling, followed by a further period of refinement after the bottling phase.
The wine is multi-layered and harmonious in flavour. Excellent bouquet and inimitable aroma.
Recommended to pair with vegetable and fish starters, vegetable broths, risotto with herbs and light fish dishes.
