Bundle Balan Prosecco
Balan Prosecco Millesimato DOC Brut is a white, Italian, sparkling wine. The wine-growing area where the vines are grown is several vineyards in the Prosecco DOC area, partly in the hills and partly on the plain, with different geological composition. In the more sloping parts of the vineyards, rocks predominate, which makes it difficult for the vines to develop. The grape variety is 100 % Glera.
The grapes are gently pressed, the must is taken at low temperatures and maceration is carried out at a controlled cold temperature to better exclude the aromas. For the second fermentation, which lasts approximately 50 days, the Charmat method is used.
It is recommended to serve with various types of fish, risottos and other light dishes. Excellent as an aperitif.
