The wine is made from 100 % of the Primitovo grape variety - a grape with ancient roots, it shares an intimate and lasting bond with the sun-drenched region of Puglia where it was grown. It was named after its characteristic feature - early ripening. After fermentation, at the end of production, the wine is left to age for 3 months in large cement tanks.
The name "Elementi" was coined by Memoro, whose goal is to deconstruct one of Italy's most renowned blends into four basic components. Each vine is associated with one of the four classic philosophical elements: air, fire, earth and water.

The wine is made from 100 % of the Montepulciano grape variety, which thrives all over Italy, but its largest wine-growing area is the Abruzzo region. The grapes are harvested by hand and then pressed under cylinder pressure.
