Chateau Rúbaň Grüner Veltliner 2023

Slovak quality wine with cabinet attribute, with protected designation of origin, white, dry . Variety Veltlínske zelené, year 2023, South Slovak wine-growing region - Strekov.

The hand-picked grapes were processed gently and with limited access to atmospheric oxygen at all stages of wine production. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vessels at a temperature below 14 °C, after which the wine was left for a short time on pure yeast sludge.

Wine green-yellow color with a flowery-fruity aroma and fresh aroma of green apples, shaded light citrus notes. The taste of the wine is pronounced with juicy acids and compact, long minerality.

We recommend a 10 - 12 °C for stays. Bottle maturity 1 - 3 years.
