Slovak white dry quality varietal wine with a protected designation of origin, which was produced in the Chateau Rúbaň winery. It is made from the Muscat Blanc grape variety, vintage 2023. It comes from the South Slovak wine-growing region, Jasová village.
Young wine from hand-harvested grapes, fermented in stainless steel vessels in reductive conditions, without access to oxygen, at a temperature of up to 14 °C. It has a beautiful sparkling, straw-golden color with green highlights. We recommend serving at a temperature of 9 to 11°C in open white wine glasses with a volume of 300 - 400 ml.
It goes perfectly with dishes such as fresh cow's and sheep's cheeses, light fruit salads, cottage cheese desserts. Bottle maturity is 1 to 2 years.
