Chateau Rúbaň Riesling Weiss

Chateau Rúbaň Riesling Weiss is a Slovak white quality wine from the South Slovak wine-growing region. Wine with the attribute of late harvest, with a protected designation of origin. Variety Riesling Weiss, year 2023, South Slovak wine-growing region - village Jasová, Rúbaň.

The grapes ripened on clayey clay soil and were partially infested with the noble fungus botrytis cinerea persoon. It was processed gently and with limited access to oxygen in all phases of wine production. It then matured in small oak barrels.

It goes perfectly with roasted pork and goose meat. We recommend storing at a temperature of 10-20 °C, serving at a temperature of 10-12 °C. Bottle maturity 2-4 years.
