Sugarcane is harvested to produce fresh sugarcane juice. Fresh sugarcane juice is filtered to remove all fine fibers. Then, yeast is added to the juice and kept in a tank for 44 hours.
Once the desired yeast concentration is reached, part of the mixture is transferred to a fermentation tank and fresh juice is added. The fermentation process lasts for 35 hours.
The next step is distillation. The distillation column has a total of 39 compartments.
The desired distillate is collected in three different compartments. The lowest compartment contains heavy distillate, while the highest compartment contains lighter distillate.
The final product leaves the column, passes through a condenser, and is collected in 25,000-liter stainless steel tanks.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 42% with a volume of 0.7 L and are delivered in gift cartons.
