Le Contesse Chardonnay IGT by Marco Trevigiano is a white Italian wine made from Chardonnay grapes, hand-picked in the wine-growing region of Sinistra Piave, Italy (40 m above sea level).
It is produced with the help of several hours of initial cold maceration and subsequent pressing and cleaning of the must by cold static decantation. The wine is then fermented with the help of selected yeasts and at the end of this process it is filtered and left to mature in steel tanks. After bottling, it matures in controlled conditions for several more months.
Faba : slightly straw yellow
Aroma : fruity with tones of yellow apples, unripe fruit and flax flowers
Bouquet : lively, tasty and lasting
Serve chilled to 8-10 ° C.

Passerina is an indigenous grape variety grown in the Italian wine regions of Abruzzo, Lazio and Marche. The berries of this excellent white grape are relatively small and are often eaten by sparrows, hence its name.
The Di Camillo Vini winery has been a family-run business in the Abruzzo region of Italy for over 100 years. Initially, only a very small quantity of wine was produced, which was mainly supplied to regular customers.
The straw-yellow Passerina Bianco from the Terre de Chieti vineyard has a wonderfully fragrant bouquet with fruity flavours of apple and jasmine. On the palate, the Sodera Passerina scores with a fresh and full flavour, fine acidity and a mineral finish.
Recommended to serve with pasta, salads, fish and risotto.

Taste this dry white Italian wine Giusti Pinot Grigio DOC Venezie Longheri. It is made from only the finest bunches of Pinot Grigio (Pinot Gris) grapes sourced from the Longheri vineyards in the Veneto region - the wine-growing region of the Montello and Asolo mountains, Italy.
The technology used for production was white vinification. Primary fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature using selected yeasts. After fermentation, the wine is kept in contact with the yeasts for a long time and stirred regularly until it is ready for bottling.
Ideal with non-oily starters, soups, risotto with vegetables and fish dishes.
Serve chilled at 8-10 °C. Store in a cool place away from light and heat sources.

The white semi-dry Premières Grives wine from the Tariquet vineyard is made from Gros Manseng grapes. It vinifies in a thermoregulating stainless steel vat at low temperature. It has an amazing exotic aroma. The taste is intense with pleasant freshness. Premières Grives is a fine, elegant and slightly spicy wine. We recommend enjoying it as an aperitif or with desserts.
Bottle maturity is 1-2 years.

Delicious Italian wine Piccini Costa Toscana Vermentino, from Tuscany. White dry wine made from fresh and medium aromatic Vermentino varieties. Protected Designation of Origin IGT Costa Toscana.
The grapes are harvested on the last days of August, during the early morning hours. This is essential to preserve the delicate floral scent of the Vermantino variety. Crushing and stalking processes are followed by fermentation and three-month sludge refining according to the batonnage technique.

Balan Vie del Conte Soave is a white, dry, Italian wine. It is made from grapes from the eastern Lessinia region in the province of Verona. The variety is 100 % Soave.
The grapes are harvested at the end of September, the grapes are gently pressed, the must is taken at low temperatures and the maceration is carried out cold to better extract the aromas.
We recommend combining it mainly with fish and fish starters.
