Balan Pinot Grigio 2022

Balan Pinot Grigio is a white, dry, Italian wine, vintage 2022. It is produced in different types of vineyards in the Lison Pramaggiore and Grave del Friuli area with different geological composition and two types of soils: clay and calcareous. The grape variety is 100 % Pinot Grigio.

The grapes are gently pressed, the must is adjusted to a low temperature and cryomacerated to achieve better extraction of the aromas. The wine rests for several months in steel tanks before bottling, followed by a further period of refinement after the bottling phase.

The wine has a wonderful structure and an unusual elegance that makes it a wine of great prestige and refinement.

We recommend pairing it with many dishes, especially fish, but also with aromatic herbs and egg dishes.
